As a results-driven executive with over 25 years of experience in directing sales, marketing, and business development initiatives, Chuck is leading the charge in continuing NK’s reputation for creating high-quality and innovative products. Chuck is a driven leader, skilled in developing long-term product sales and marketing strategies, accomplishing performance goals, optimizing supply chain operations, and implementing best practices to significantly enhance profit margins.
Chuck joined NK in 2013, where he managed sales for NK Sports. He quickly stood out as a champion for NK products and grew into a leadership role where he directed sales for all NK brands and products. Naturally, his success within the Sales department expanded into Marketing and then Product Development. In 2023, Chuck stepped into the CEO role at NK where his focus remains on providing customers with thoughtful solutions and positioning the company as a leader in sports, environmental and weather industries.
Chuck’s history of building top-performing teams has led NK to stand out as a product leader, constantly striving to develop new product designs and capabilities to maximize distribution opportunities, company profitability, revenue, and ROI. Chuck’s strategic insights and ability to execute have helped to streamline processes while delivering best-in-class products and services to suit customer needs and maintain NK’s seat as a leader in outstanding service and support.
Chuck obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada and began his career in education. He shifted into sales within the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, where he successfully combined his ability to connect with people and educate customers on how products can provide solutions. He later opened his own business where he sold water sports equipment, turning out to be the perfect predecessor to NK. Chuck served in the National Guard and is an avid outdoorsman.

As a strategic, goal-oriented, and vision-driven executive, Michael has nearly three decades of experience at NK. Known for his philosophy of excellence, Michael has successfully led and guided sizeable, cross-functional teams to design and launch leading-edge product solutions that have contributed directly to NK’s history of success. In his current role as COO, Michael is focused on increasing operational capacity in preparation for expected growth over the 5-year horizon.
Amongst the leadership team, Michael has the unique perspective of participating in several phases of growth at NK. He played a role in evolving the business from developing and manufacturing sports performance products to expanding product development and manufacturing capabilities for Kestrel Instruments, Kestrel Ballistics, Blue Ocean Megaphone, as well as the acquisition of Ambient Weather, Magneto Speed, RainWise and its subsequential offshoot, Kestrel Met.
Michael’s thoughtful ability to build teams and develop and execute strategic plans has allowed him to excel within a fast-paced and often highly regulated environment. It is through his acute attention to detail, accuracy, and complete understanding of NK’s business model that Michael has fostered a culture of learning and productivity throughout the company.
Michael holds a Master of Science in Naval Architecture/Ocean Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Miami. In his spare time, Michael is involved in the rowing community as an athlete and coach. Additionally, he is a founding board member of the Rowing Industry Trade Association (RITA).

Craig is a growth-minded and results-oriented CFO with 15 years of experience managing financial and accounting activities, with a focus on elevating the efficiency and quality of corporate financial practices. Craig manages budgets, identifies short- and long-term financial strategies, and provides thoughtful solutions for financial business decisions. He is an expert in creating and executing audit guidelines and leading his team to understand accounting best practices. Craig is a proven leader in identifying M&A opportunities, preparing and coordinating comprehensive reports, conducting audits, and managing complex financial projects.
At NK, Craig has established effective financial administration practices leading to improvements in efficiency and supporting the company with margin expansion. His versatile and well-organized skills in financial planning/reporting, due diligence, and state sales tax implementation sets him apart from his industry peers. With a philosophy of financial transparency, coupled with his ability to partner with department leaders, Craig has improved NK’s financial performance by identifying new revenue streams and focusing on opportunities to drive manufacturing and materials costs down.
Before joining NK in 2017, Craig managed all financial activities at Howard McCray. Here, Craig implemented manufacturing accounting principles, leading to improved processes, and strengthening the company's financial position.
Craig holds a Master of Business Administration from Widener University, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ramapo College of New Jersey, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from DVIRC. Outside of NK, Craig is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth.

Brian is a detail-oriented and ambitious leader who appreciates challenges that require him to learn something new. As CITO, Brian has a history of executing creative solutions that are innovative, data driven and add to bottom line growth at NK. Responsible for IT, E-Commerce and Web and Cloud Development functions, Brian has built cross-functional teams that provide seamless and scalable workflows throughout NK, contributing to efficiencies and best in class service for NK employees, customers, and clients.
Leveraging his proven leadership and decision-making expertise, Brian is well-versed in training cross-functional teams on best practices, providing superior hybrid and cloud computing services, and maintaining compliance with client specifications and company regulations to ensure seamless flow of all project activities. He has made major contributions to NK’s E-Commerce, ERP, inventory management, and customer service functions through the implementation of systems that are used to make decisions and drive revenue. Additionally, Brian is focused on leading the charge for Ambient Weather Network (AWN), a cloud based, weather data dashboard and subscription service.
Prior to joining NK in 2011, Brian developed and deployed integrated technology systems and solutions within hospitality, computer services and not for profit industries. Academically, Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from Widener University with a concentration in Data Analytics, a Master of Science in Computer Science with a concentration in Web and Database Technologies from Saint Joseph's University, and Dual Bachelor of Science Degrees in Accounting and Hospitality Management from Widener University.

As a leader who knows that people are what make companies great, Morgan has focused on the importance of company culture and the value of the employee experience throughout her career. In her role as CHRO, Morgan is responsible for the direction and execution of NK’s people strategy. Since joining NK in 2019, Morgan has established streamlined processes for all aspects of the human resource function, resulting in high-quality experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
Morgan’s strength as a leader is her ability to partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent, build high-caliber teams that achieve business goals, as well as provide employees with opportunities to develop professionally. With a mindset of continuous improvement, Morgan understands the limitless opportunity internal growth provides and its positive impact on employee engagement and satisfaction.
Prior to NK, Morgan held various positions within the HR department at Philadelphia Zoo, where she supported 400+ employees in all areas of human resources and regularly partnered with its Board of Directors to lead executive recruitment projects. Outside of this, Morgan has HR experience in professional sports and entertainment and restaurant industries.
Morgan obtained a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science from West Virginia University. She maintains her SHRM-CP designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is an active member in the Philadelphia chapter of SHRM.
