Nielsen-Kellerman, Inc. (NK) has acquired Delmhorst Instrument Co., a designer and manufacturer of precision moisture detection and measurement instruments serving the building trades, lumber and woodworking, water damage restoration, flooring, and environmental monitoring markets.
Founded in 1946, Delmhorst is a recognized leader in moisture measurement technology with a strong reputation for accuracy, reliability, and innovation. The company's comprehensive product portfolio includes pin-type moisture meters, pinless RF measurement devices, combination meters, humidity measurement instruments, and specialized accessories.
